NNPC/NAOC/OANDO 2021 Undergraduate Scholarship (Apply Now)

The NNPC/NAOC/OANDO Joint Venture in pursuance of its Corporate Social Responsibility invites qualified applicants for  its 2021 Session Tertiary Scholarship Scheme, starting from April 19th  and ends on May 30th 2021.

Value of Scholarship: The scholarship award applies to tuition, books, and living expenses

Application Deadline: May 30th, 2021

The award is in two categories:

Host Communities Merit Award – For applicants strictly from NAOC Host Communities (Rivers, Bayelsa, Delta and Imo States)

National Merit Award – For applicants from Non-Host communities

Scholarship Type: Undergraduate

ELIGIBILITY FOR THE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

To apply for the scholarship scheme, the following is needed

  • Applicant must be a Registered Full TIME undergraduates in Nigerian Tertiary Institutions Certified 100 level students at the time of application (Only students admitted in 2019/2020 and 2020/2021 academic session)

The following categories of students are not eligible to apply:

  • 200 level students and above
  • Current beneficiaries of similar Awards from other Companies and Agencies
  • Dependants of NAOC/NAE/AENR/NACPFA
  • Only Indigenes of NAOC Host Communities in Rivers, Bayelsa, Delta and Imo States SHOULD apply for the Host Communities Merit Award.
  • Only applicants studying Engineering, Geology, Geosciences and Agricultural Science are eligible for the National Merit Award.

How to Apply For NNPC/NAOC/OANDO Undergraduate Scholarships:

Before applying, make sure you have clearly scanned copies of the following documents listed below.

  1. Passport photograph with white background not more than 3 months old (450px by 450px not more than 200kb)
  2. School ID Card
  3. O’ level Certificate
  4. Admission Letter
  5. Birth Certificate
  6. Proof of Local Government Area of Origin
  7. Letter from Community Paramount Ruler (Only Applicants for Host Communities Merit Award)
  8. Letter from CDC Chairman (Only Applicants for Host Communities Merit Award).
  9. JAMB Result
  • Make sure you attach the appropriate documents when asked to upload, it is recommended you rename the documents according to their content before uploading to avoid mix up.
  • Ensure to provide valid Email and Phone Contact for effective communication

HOW TO APPLY

  1. To apply, click on this link  https://candidate.scholastica.ng/schemes/naocscholarship2021
  2. When it opens, you click on “Register Now” to create an account.
  3. Proceed to your email box to activate your account, if not found in your “inbox” you can probably check your spam message for a confirmation mail.
  4. After confirming, Click on https://candidate.scholastica.ng/schemes/naocscholarship2021 to return to the Scholarship site
  5. Enter your registered email and password to upload your information.
  6. Enter your personal information, National Identification Number (if available), educational information, other information and upload required scanned documents.
  7. Make sure there is no name mix up i.e. The name used to application should correspond with the names on the document. Except otherwise upload a sworn affidavit or certificate.
  8. Upload photo, a passport photograph with a white background is preferable.
  9. Recheck application information to avoid errors
  10. Click “Apply Now” to submit information
  11. An email will be sent to you or an SMS that confirming that your application was successful.
  12. Return to www.scholastica.ng, enter your Email and Password to download your profile, and proceed to have your Head of Department sign the document.
  13. Upload a scanned copy of the signed profile, this would be used for verification.

Note:

You are advice not to apply more than once. Multiple applications attract a disqualification penalty from the scholarship board.
