The West Africa Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) have released the 2020 result for school candidates.
According to the council, out of One Million, Five Hundred and Thirty Eight Thousand, four Hundred and Forty Five (1,538,445) candidates that sat for the examination, only the results of Two Hundred and Fifteen Thousand One Hundred and Forty-Nine (215,149) candidates is out.
The results were withheld in connection with various reported cases of examination malpractice.
The council further said that the results was planned to be released on 28 October but postponed for the sake of the curfew that was imposed in some states after the violence that spread when hoodlums hijacked the peaceful #EndSARS protest.
